About the Firm

Built on Precision.
Driven by Strategy.

Lexigent LLC was founded on a simple principle: intellectual property law should be strategic, not transactional.

Too many firms treat patent prosecution as a filing exercise. We treat it as a business decision. Every application we draft, every office action we respond to, and every portfolio decision we recommend is tied to our client's commercial objectives.

With over a thousand patents prosecuted and a career that spans patent enforcement, venture capital, and M&A advisory, we bring a perspective that most IP firms simply can't. We understand how intellectual property creates value, not just legally, but commercially.

Based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and serving clients in Silicon Valley and beyond, we work with inventors, startups, venture groups, and established corporations across the country and around the world.

Our Values

What Guides Us

Precision

Every word in a patent claim matters. Every clause in a contract matters. We bring meticulous attention to the details that determine outcomes.

Strategy

We don't operate on autopilot. Every engagement starts with understanding your business goals, then building an IP strategy to support them.

Clarity

Legal advice should be understandable and actionable. We communicate clearly, set honest expectations, and keep our clients informed at every step.
